i'm sorry: that was exactly the moment when i did panic, because while claiming having let the firefighters pass and stop shooting, the #russians did't actually do it! so for quite a long time most western media were calming down, while the #russian troops on the power plant just kept going at it!
it was a very difficult «moment», and it lasted, and lasted...
all while «reports» kept popping up here and on f that «everything was fine».

this is a lie, or misinformation. plant personnel has not been permitted to do anything, the firefighters are not allowed to put out the fires... moreover, the #russian troops continue to shoot at the power blocks.
