Black-out numérique au centre hospitalier Pasteur 2 à Nice, inauguré en juillet 2015. Des problèmes de tous types se sont multipliés et accumulés au sein de l'établissement.
Parmi les symptômes, le téléphone fixe et les échanges de dossiers patients informatisés ne fonctionnent plus. Selon le CHU de Nice, il s'agit d'un incident informatique majeur et non d'une attaque informatique. Les radios et scanners sont par exemple en panne.
Le plus grand hôpital de Nice, Pasteur 2, est victime d'une gigantesque panne informatique qui s'est déclenchée dans la nuit du samedi 17 avril 2021 au dimanche 18 avril 2021.

Domino's India, the popular pizza delivery chain, reportedly faced a data breach that includes internal company documents of the past seven years, private data belonging to over 250 employees, customer details from over 18 crore food orders and over 10 lakh credit cards that may have been saved during checkout and payments. Hackers have demanded a ransom of 50 BTC. If true, the 13TB database that contains seven years' worth of data from Domino's India contains residential addresses and payment instrument details of customers who placed orders with Domino's India at any point since 2015.
