Breaking & update:

The City of Toronto confirms to TechCrunch that it *is* affected by a recent mass ransomware attack. A city spokesperson confirmed that "unauthorized access to City data did occur through a third party vendor."

An earlier statement by the City said there had been "no exfiltration" of data.
