More than three (3) years ago, 🇦🇹 noyb (noyb.eu) had filed a complaint against 🇺🇸 Google for sending unsolicited advertising emails directly to the inboxes of Gmail users. Contrary to 🇪🇺 EU law, the company never asked the people concerned for their consent.
