Are there really people who consider their email "Trash" folder as a long-term archival system?
(this is a rhetorical question, I know that unfortunately the answer is yes)
@kicou I assumed that the trash folder got deleted periodically 😳
@firefly_lightning usually yes, but not all email systems do that apparently.
I am currently migrating a customer from an old email provider, and not only does their Trash date back from 2009, but they also use the Draft folder in a creative way 🙄
